A condominium is a building or complex of buildings containing a number of individually owned units. In all of the jurisdictions where we practice, developers can create condominiums through the filing of a condominium declaration with the respective Registrars of Condominiums.  While condominiums  in the Caribbean are usually associated with touristic developments, they can be used by developers for the purpose of selling residential apartments.

We can assist developers in the preparation of the required condominium declaration and condominium association bye-laws and advise on all ancillary tax related and regulatory requirements under the respective Planning Acts.

We also provide advise to condominium associations on matters related to amendments to the declaration or bye-laws, structuring of assessments, filing of liens and debt recovery in respect of assessments levied pursuant to the bye-laws.
